This BU coin set, which focuses on Japan's one of the famous anime series "OJARUMARU", is being sold to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the initial broadcast in 1998.
Prince Mackaroo ("OJARUMARU") was born in fairlyland around one thousand years ago. Prince mackaroo is five years old and he just likes to have fun every day, despite his strict parental expectations.
One day he found the Great Demon King’s power scepter which gives time-wrap power to whoever possess it. He came up time-wrapping to the present day and met Cozmo, 7 years old boy. They became very good friends and their days of adventure have begun.
"OJARUMARU" has been broadcast for a long time and is familiar to all generations in Japan.

A red brass medal is made for this special collaboration; OJARUMARU on the obverse with the year inscription of 2023, Cozmo on the reverse side.
This set is comprised of:
- Six Japanese legal tender coins issued in 2023 in brilliant uncirculated condition (a 500 yen bicolor clad coin (nickel brass, cupronickel and copper), a 100 yen cupronickel coin nickel brass coin, a 100 yen cupronickel coin, a 50 yen cupronickel coin, a 10 yen bronze coin, a 5 yen brass coin and a 1 yen aluminum coin),
- A red brass medal (Size: 27mm, Weight: approx. 7.5g),
- A book-type cover case.
